We do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly and accurately as possible. Below you will find all the information about our shipping and delivery process.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code by email.
2. Delivery Time
After processing, the average shipping time is 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may be delayed during busy periods, public holidays, or due to customs procedures. These delays are outside of our control and do not entitle the customer to a cancellation or refund.
3. Shipping Method & Origin
To reduce waste and minimise our environmental footprint, we ship orders directly from our supplier. Depending on your country of delivery, import duties or customs fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight of your order, your delivery address, and the selected shipping method. Any applicable costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking code by email. You are responsible for monitoring your shipment using the tracking link provided.
- Please check whether your package is being delivered to your home address or to a nearby pickup point, and collect it there if needed.
- If your delivery is taking longer than expected or something seems wrong, please contact us first at ecomscale.eu@gmail.com before opening a chargeback or refund request. We are happy to investigate and resolve the issue for you.
6. Delivery Responsibility
- Once tracking confirms that your package has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility passes to the customer.
- Please always double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order via ecomscale.eu@gmail.com.
