These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website of Ellis Rose Toronto, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and reachable via ecomscale.eu@gmail.com.
1. Applicability
By placing an order with Ellis Rose Toronto, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. We recommend reading all policies before placing your order.
2. Product Information
We do our best to describe our products accurately and keep all information up to date. Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and display. Typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or inaccuracies may occasionally occur and do not create any binding obligation on our part.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders are only processed after full payment has been received. Available payment methods — including Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other options — may vary depending on your location. Customers are responsible for checking which payment methods are available in their region at checkout.
4. Processing & Delivery
- Processing time (dispatch): 1 to 3 business days.
- Shipping time after dispatch: 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
- Orders are shipped directly from our supplier. Import duties or customs fees may apply depending on your country.
- All delivery timeframes are estimates. Delays caused by high demand, public holidays, or customs procedures do not entitle the customer to cancellation or a refund.
5. Returns & Cancellations
Please refer to our separate Return Policy for full details. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and in processing. Refund requests and chargebacks may not be opened before the item has been physically received by the customer.
6. Liability
Ellis Rose Toronto is not responsible for loss or damage during shipping where tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer. In all cases, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. Please always double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including texts, photos, logos, and design — is the property of Ellis Rose Toronto and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written permission.
8. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted in writing via ecomscale.eu@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days. When submitting a complaint regarding sizing or product quality, please always include clear photos and a written description of the issue to allow us to assist you as quickly as possible.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Toronto, Ontario, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
